necessary inner work for every human
Whether you like it or not, everyone has wounding as children. Large or small. This book helps you navigate through your past pain and live more freely as adults. Although, it's best to work with a professional licensed therapist to continue the healing process imo.

Helpful, but not just another self-help book - there's a knowing in the author's writing that makes you feel seen and heard - in addition to feeling like you have a guide along the way. The exercises are very easy to follow and have made a difference in viewing my inner struggles. It digs into tough emotions without being overwhelming

A Comforting Resource
I'm really grateful for this book. It’s a book that gives you tangible steps to heal and work through the pain of earlier trauma and can help you identify where your inner child is hurting and reconnect with your inner child in a compassionate way. It has helped me build momentum on the journey towards inner peace, acceptance of myself with all my wounds and trauma, and joy and happiness that lie deep down. Whenever I’ve felt disappointed by the lack of movement in my healing journey or the lack of spiritual progress, this book has been a comforting resource to fall back on. A great listen for anybody on the path of ‘discovery’ and healing.
