Empaths are highly sensitive, finely tuned instruments when it comes to emotions. They feel everything, sometimes to an extreme, and are less apt to intellectualize feelings. Intuition is the filter through which they experience the world. Nice audio book,suggested..!

Deeply sensitive..!
Empaths are deeply sensitive individuals who are highly attuned to the emotions and energy of others. They can easily take on the emotions of others as their own. There are a few surefire ways to tell if your partner is an empath, which comes with its own share of pros and cons.

meh
there is some helpful information, a lot of things that are already known if you are into yoga or meditation. It's helpful overall, however the performance is robotic and at times I had to rewind repeatedly since I kept a zoning out. Overall it's a good overview, I wish there was more information on exactly how to be an empowered empath, I already knew that I have healing abilities, however I wish you talked about how it is easy to get drained and about how sometimes people who are toxic who come to you for healing can also be a huge struggle.
