Thích Nhất Hạnh
The teachings on Buddhism describe a blissful place known as Avatamsaka Realm, a realm of infinite light, serenity, and wisdom that we can access thorugh the power of mindful living. In this way, teaches Thich Nhat Hanh, we can simultaneoulsy walk in two worlds: that of our ordinary existence, and that of the "ultimate dimension".

Perhaps others are concerned about rating such a topic poorly for fear of repercussions from nature but despite being quiet and restful while listening, I was disappointed in the content and the performance. I didn't learn anything I didn't already know and I doubt anyone would learn anything at all even if they knew nothing. It seemed to be a 25 minute definition without the substance of why or how.
