Insightful- Be You

I learned to not hold back and your true desires and your true personality. Easy to get caught up in who you think you should be or a proper way to react but not being genuine can only lead you astray from others and your true self.

Fabulous new way to do enactments in therapy!

A fabulous new way (blindfolded & in different characters) to do enactments in therapy. I can't wait to try it with a couple. Vivian Baruch, M.Couns, Sydney, Australia.

this was all sorts of uncomfortable for me.

Guess I'm not comfortable with role playing. Squirming the whole time. Esther is still amazing, really love her stuff. This was the one I liked the least though.
You should listen to it, to see if you squirm too! Haha!!

I'm already a huge fan of Esther, but this was just amazing. I got goosebumps, teared up. There's so much connection and this is such a visceral session. Thank you for sharing!

Role playing

When member's of a couple can finish each other's sentences.... we learn this is a daunting hurdle toward seeing each other anew. Solution: role playing! After listening to this dramatic episode, I am convinced it can work.
More,Dr. Perel, s'il vo plait.

omg TEARS

i love how Esther Perel can find ways to open the door for communication and love between people. She can easily find the walls between people and give them the tools needed to knock them down.

this episode in itself spoke to me on so many levels, and is my favorite this far. I cried, got the chills and also could feel the love and hope Mrs. Perel opened perspectively. ❤️❤️

So moving

This is such a beautiful healing playful session supporting a couple in reclaiming sexuality after trauma. I laughed and cried and was so moved.
