An OK book, but hardly revolutionary.

Basically a set of bullet points to keep in mind regarding good behavior etc, and some related good advice to go with them. Not bad really, but not brilliant either.

Even though they are pretty different, I'm tempted to compare this to Stephen Covey's "the 7 principles of highly effective people", and Dale Carnegie's "How to win friends and influence people". Both of these are more sophisticated, more systematic, and set a higher standard for personal integrity. In short, they will require more of you, and challenge you more, time and time again. If you've read them, then this book will feel like a summary of a selection of their goals, but without the necessary tools to help you get there.

In short: Useful as a refresher; think of this as a light snack between the two full course meals mentioned above! 😉
