Insightful

Very useful for my business . Useful reminders about emotional intelligence and simply shutting up . Listen to understand, not just to respond.

Made me rethink things

I’ve noticed over the years that my life was increasingly becoming more socially awkward. I was for awhile thinking it was this ones fault or that ones fault. Then I looked deeper and saw it was MY FAULT. I stumbled upon this book and gave it a listen then relistened to chapters that struck a cord with me. I found the narration superb the context easy to understand and I plan on relistening over and over. I would say for me this audiobook was worth the listen for it did open a few doors in my head that were locked for a long time.
