Q was ok, but sounded a bit morose.

another brilliant book by Eric Mtaxas.

Eric metaxas is a rare mind and always a good read. He is witty and brilliant without ever coming off as arrogant. I consider him a National Treasure. The unique question and answer format of this book initially comes off as simple but really accomplishes the goal of the book in rare form.

Truthful and clever

The longer I listened the better it got. I’ve been a follower of Jesus for over 40 years and still heard helpful insights. Thank you, Eric, for writing this.

A lighthearted, yet truthful book!

This book is written as a question/answer dialogue. it is lighthearted and witty at times, but does an excellent job of presenting the Gospel. The author quotes verses to backup all of his answers to the questions. I was especially intrigued by how Metaxsas ties the two testaments together by explaining the many prophecies in the Old Testament pointing to the coming Messiah.

No Fear, After All

As a fan of Eric Metaxas, I was not surprised by this unique approach. EM anticipates the skeptic’s response with humor and truth.

Fun Introduction to Knowing God

Bought this to give to a friend who is a new follower of Christ, but learned a lot listening to it before I have it to him. A great read!

Tongue in cheek doctrinal discussion

Provides explanation of complicated concepts in a comedic style. Sometimes, I found the dialog a bit sophomoric, but the point was made nonetheless.
