very interesting information delivered horribly..

Lets start with the content - the ideas expressed are novel and very interesting, potentially opening the field of aging to many new advancements.
But the experience of listening to this audio book is horrible! Not only is it read by a dyslexic uneducated person who cannot pronounce most of the scientific terms and constantly changes how she butchers the words in the most excruciating manner,
she has the most horrible nasal whining accent and cannot enunciate the most basic English words....!
As much as I want to absorb more information from this wonderful book, I shudder expecting to push the "Play" button and hear her disgusting droning voice with the dumbest sound and letter combinations coming out of the speaker making it impossible to understand the words, sentences and the idea itself.... Somebody is clearly trying to hurt this wonderful innovative author by making this zombie narrate his books.

Excellent

It's hard to argue multiple studies that lead to this type of insight. Even being honest about the side effects was very helpful! Highly recommend it!

Not a Melatonin related

Was hoping for more information about Melatonin benefits, interesting theory about LH though. Thanks, will recommend as an anti-aging book.

Not about Melatonin

I got this book because I wanted to hear about high dose melatonin. That is what's on the cover and the name of the book, but only one small chapter is about Melatonin and nothing about high dose. It is shameful to do this to people. This author has done this several times. His newest book about why people aren't fat who live in Colorado is the same way. Barely anything in the whole book about Colorado, it's a book about con-vid and Vitamin D. If the author actually reads this review I hope he will heed my advice of naming his books on what they are ACTUALLY about.
