Don't take too much Vitamin D it is dangerous! I started taking 20,000 IU a day-50X times the recommended dose of 400 IU a day. After about four months upped the dose to 50,000 IU a day or 150X the old recommended “safe” dose I then boosted it to 100,000 IU a day or 300 x times the old maximum safe dose! What happened over these last 10 months? Did I die? get sick? No! Just the opposite! High dose Vitamin D3 therapy over the last year-cured all my chronic conditions-some that i'd had for 20+ years!

I adore natural medicine. I am actually stunned that this information about Niacin is not known by the general public. Niacin is a natural and cheap cure for so many things that befall us. Thank you Dr. Hofer.

My High Cholesterol Lead Me Here; My Kid’s FASD & ADHD Kept Me Here
I bought the book because I had a credit to blow and my doctor put me on niacin for my cholesterol. I’m a nerd and like knowing health benefits and the whys of vitamins. I would say I got about 10% of what I was looking for there but what I learned about niacin for mental health has and will continue to pay off for decades. After starting niacinamide on my kiddo, he quickly became calmer with 80% less dysregulation. This lead to a host of natural approaches, including having our doctor wean off ADHD drugs, and we added a natural vitamin regimen along with niacinamide. We now have a much happier, regulated child without added side effects. Why don’t mental health professionals know about this? This book set us on a whole new course. We’ve had the best 6 months in 7 years all because of the information in this book. I’m so grateful.

B3 is for Everyone
If you are serious about your health, this book is a must read. Pearls of wisdom that your doctor is not going to tell you. Learn the benefits of high level nutrition and how to implement it. Take responsibility for your health at any age. Niacin is cheap and easy to use. The other nutrients mentioned in the book should be considered as well. Niacin can be taken in pill form or mix a powder in water. Santé
