This duet was fantastic! I love a good dark college romance, and this one was so intense! Book 2 takes us deeper into the story and into the darkness that is Damion Icari. Isaac fights hard to keep Aurora safe and also to expose his father. Aurora wants to get answers so she can get her mother away from him for good! It all explodes into one crazy ending that had me on the edge of my seat! I hope we get more of this crew!

Please release more of this storyline with Isaac's and Aurora's friends as main characters with their own storyline. I'm completely hooked with this series and it would be a shame to just have only two main characters when it can be taken deeper for instance with Paris why is he always turning to drug sex and self inflicting pain or Selene why did she just mysterious check herself out of Aurora's and Helen's and what's with her mother too. I think even Marcus could make for an interesting storyline too. I'm craving for more with this characters.

🖤I've devoured every Lucy Smoke book I have read, and this one is no different! I loved watching the forbidden relationship between Rori and Isaac grow with the desire to rely on one another. In true Lucy Smoke fashion, she made me have a love-hate relationship with the way this book ended, hoping for more. I really want a deep dive into Isaacs friends as well 🖤
