Publisher's summary

Eliot Parker's good-for-nothing deceased husband has left her a new lease on life: a house in sleepy Nodaway Falls, New York. But his offer comes with a cost: his ghost.... As if being married to him wasn't hard enough!

Nodaway Falls turns out to be a town with more than a little magic in the air. Eliot swore off using her own powers 16 years ago, thanks to one catastrophic day when she lost the only people who ever mattered to her, and ran away from her spellbinding father and his reckless enchantments. Now, when a chance encounter with quiet, handsome Desmond Lamb results in a magical explosion that rocks Eliot to the core, she can't help but wonder: Has her heart fallen under some sort of spell? Or is this what true love really feels like? The real question, of course, is whether her husband will stop haunting her...and let Desmond give her a chance at happily ever after.

All 3 books great stories

She did a really great job, intertwining the stories and yet making them different. Thank you very much for your writing. My recommendation is for everyone to read.

Amanda Ronconi is the best!

I would listen to the phone book if Amanda was the narrator :-) I thoroughly enjoyed this series and can't imagine anyone else narrating it. it was predictable but a fun listen

Loved it!

I really enjoyed book three of the series. I like that the books weren't dependent on eachother but brought a deeper enjoyment having know the other characters from the previous books.

Funny, Sweet, Adorable!

I had grown bored of reading or listening to books of my chosen genre. They had become either good for putting me to sleep or made me sorry I had purchased them. On my fifth search for something different, I found this book. Somewhere toward the end of the first chapter, I had a feeling I would fall in love with the story and it's colorful characters. And I did! If you want to read something lighthearted and just plain fun and need a break from your regular literary material, this is the book for you.

Loved it!

I didn’t know this was the third book in a series but after starting it, I couldn’t stop. So now I will back up and get the first two. The story is so fun and interesting. Amanda Ronconi is perfect as the narrator, of course. It reminds me a lot of Mollie Harper. And that is a big compliment. I wish there were a part 4.....

Great series

Final book about magic and love, friendship, in a small town in upper state New York. This last book brought all the characters you knew and love or disliked came together and worked it’s magic of happy ever after. I believe there were 3 books.... Ronconni as reader... is the best story narrator. I would listen to any story she read.Have fun with this story line it’s worth your time.
