About this listen

Fate wouldn’t tie me to these men, would it?

Sent to the ruthless academy for magicals after years hiding from the authorities, I'm behind, poor and, with my pet pig in tow, struggling to fit in.

No surprises I'm picked out for ridicule by the other students - as well as the teachers.

And four men in particular seem determined to make my life here hell.

The man who caught me.

My grumpy, sharp-tongued professor.

The star of the school's dueling team.

And the academy's deadly heart-breaker.

They all find their own special way of torturing me, but I'm determined not to bow.

I hate them.

And yet when I'm with them, I feel like a fish on a hook, tugged in their direction, my insides swirling with a lot more than simply hate.

Is this magic or something far more dangerous?

***A new why choose paranormal romance series with magic, ruthless love interests and fated mates. Fractured Fates is the first book in the Arrow Hart Academy series. This story will not complete in book one and contains some scenes that readers may find challenging.

Duet narration!

This series is so good so far! The first book is a little slow but things get more interesting in the second book. I really like the FMC, she can be a little dense sometimes but she’s not as annoying as some.

The duet narration really makes these books come to life! The narrators do a great job and are truly talented. Can’t wait to see where this story goes.

Detail

This series is perfectly balanced in my opinion! The story, plot, details, fights, arguments, spice, adventure, mystery, etc. all balanced and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it!!

Keep listening!

The first few chapters were very slow and at one point I almost put the book in my "DNF" ( Did Not Finish) category. But I pushed through, and I'm so glad I did! I'm hooked now, and the narrators did a great job bringing all the feels!

DUET (not DUAL) Narration

Duet narration where man speaks only male parts. And female speaks only female parts. Best narration other than fullcast duet. Story was good. Not great. But definitely worth the credit

Very good!

Where is book 2 & 3? arg.. what a cliff hanger. For a YA book it has some great banter, a fun story to follow

The narration is so cool!

The story is interesting, a lot of twists and turns that leave you wondering where they will lead as the story progresses. But omg, the dual narration really brings this story to life! I love it, on to book 2 now!

THIS REVIEW

If you’re looking for a new book to binge this is it!!
I found this series through audible recommendations. It took me 3 chapters to really catch on to it but I’m so glad I did!! If you’re looking for a college romance with some magic in it than this is definitely the book for you!!

Wow! I'm glad I discovered this!

RH, PNR, MPOV performed in duet style with awesome narrators... what's not to like?!? While this series isn't like the Harry Potter series {of course} there are times it seems to rhyme with it. From the jump I was enraptured; I couldn't stop listening and halfway through I went on ahead and purchased book 2. I finished book 2 in less than a day and now I am doing my reviews. So far all of Rhi's possible fated mates are @.s.sholes, narcissistic or crazy and I want nothing to do with any of them! Well by the end of book 2 I am warming up to Aslan and Stone..... I am ready to continue on!

5 starz - I would listen again

Intrigued for the next book

This story felt a bit younger than the 20’s the characters are meant to be (maybe more middle school/high school interactions and scenarios). The narration for the female characters mirror this younger age which was something I had to get used to but the MMCs dialogue and narration was great and age appropriate. The twists and turns of the storyline kept me listening and would say the spice level for this book is low but suspect that may change for the next. You do get left on a cliffhanger and I’m curious where it goes. Overall recommend if you don’t mind a bit more YA dialogue.
