Publisher's summary

She has a broken heart and revenge on her mind...

Last year Karrie was riding high. She had a boyfriend she loved, a softball scholarship, and the best roommate a girl could have.

When it turned out her man was a lying, cheating ballsack, she may have gone off the rails a bit.

Now, it's a new year and Karrie's ready to build herself back up and move on to bigger and better things.

Still, a little revenge would go a long way in helping the healing process.

He's got a plan for revenge that will suit them both...

Ridge is used to being the BMOC. Sergeant of Arms of his frat and the ability to land any chick within snapping distance has made life pretty easy for him.

His home life is another story. He and his brothers are in the middle of a battle between his socialite mother and asshole father.

Ridge is looking for a stand-in to placate his mother and her matchmaking ways, and he has a feeling he's just met the girl he can perfectly mold.

This makeover has nothing to do with love and everything to do with Karrie and Ridge using each other to get what they want. What starts as a ruse soon becomes an attraction they cannot deny. When it's all said and done, they'll both have more to confess than a need for revenge.

Ridge Swoon

Ridge & Karrie's story was so good. I fell in love with the characters and definitely felt the emotions at the proper times. I want more of them!! Bethany brings you stories that make you feel the characters and makes you feel like you are in their world.

The narration was done great! Vanessa Edwin is now one of my favorite female narrators and I am so happy to have discovered Tim Paige he really brought Ridge to life!

Bethany Lopez has done it again and I can't wait to read/listen to her other books in this series Wes & Brody!

It started as a ploy...

Ridge and Karrie decided to fake a relationship to help each other out. Neither expected it to end up the way it did.

I really enjoyed Bethany Lopez’s story. It’s not totally PG, but it’s tastefully done.

Vanessa Edwin and Tim Paige did a fantastic job with the dual narration. A very enjoyable listen.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Fun Quick Read

This book was fast paced but I loved the dynamic between Ridge and Karrie, their easy banter was so fun and the chemistry was hot. They hit it off so well and I loved it. I loved the way they both became their best selves because of each other. This book was very entertaining and fun.

The narrators did a wonderful job, the emotions were spot on and I loved the rasp of Tim Paige's voice, he was exactly what I wanted in Ridge's voice.

Well written college romance

This would probably be considered a college sports romance although there isn't a lot of "sport" in it. It was your typical rich guy, poor girl fake romance turned real book. For me, the fact that it was really well written and had good narration made it a step above other similar books.

Sweet and charming story!

I originally read Frat House Confessions: Ridge by Bethany Lopez when it first came out, so when I had the opportunity to listen to the audio, I jumped at the chance. Let me tell you Vanessa Edwin and Tim Paige did an amazing job bringing Ridge and Karrie to life in this
fake relationship romance with a bit of revenge and a whole lot of chemistry.

Karrie is looking for revenge and Ridge needs to get his mom off his back. So, they agree that they can help each other and leave it at that. But as they spend time together, things may not be as fake as both thought. But Karrie’s last relationship ended badly and that is putting it mildly. But she is okay with who she is now, and a little revenge never hurt anyone. Ridge is popular, smart and sexy and wants his mother to stop her match-matching ways. I love their banter and interactions so much. The story was fun and charming and definitely a must-read and/or listen!

Happy listening!

Must listen

What a listen and fantastic narration doing this book. The narration truly hooked me into this story to the point where I dreaded when I had to stop after my workout. They really brought the characters and the story line to life in the most incredible of ways. I felt the story had an incredible flow to it and I can't wait to listen to more from Bethany.

Fabulous Story & Narration🎧 Enthralling & Sweet!

This is a fabulous fake relationship romance novel, it is well written with storylines that are interesting and original. The story grabbed my attention right from the start and held it straight to the end. The characters are realistic and easy to relate to and connect with. I adored the two lead characters, Karrie and Ridge, they attend the same college, Ridge is the Sergeant of Arms of the Delta house, the biggest and most popular frat house on campus, his popularity is up there too especially with the ladies. His house is hosting an annual tradition, a challenge, who could change a mediocre girl into a beauty. He was not keen on it at first but when he meets Karrie an idea comes to him. Karrie was nursing her broken heart after her boyfriend ended things with her. She is not much of a partier but she goes with her roommate Ermina to the Delta House Frat party, going as is, not bothering to dress up. She sees her ex at the party all over another girl, she then finds out that he was was stepping out on her the entire time they were dating and goes off on him. Afterwards Ridge has the perfect solution for her revenge and for him, him, she would be his makeover for the Frat competition plus she would attend his family Thanksgiving dinner so his Mom would stop trying to fix him up. They needed to make this fake relationship look convincible and they wind up playing their parts well so well at some point it becomes real or so they thought. I loved how everything plays out in this book, the story is fast paced and nicely plotted with plenty of drama, some angst, some heartfelt and emotional moments and some hot and sweet romance. Bethany Lopez, thank you for this wonderful story and this great lineup of characters.

Vanessa Edwin & Tim Paige are talented narrators and voice actors. They do a fabulous job portraying the characters, humanizing them, giving each their own voice, personality and attitude. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture the characters emotions and project them into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another awesome listen🎧

A great beginning to another series!

This is the second book for me to listen to by Bethany Lopez recently. I had gotten away from her books and I lost out for it. I listened to book two before this one. I knew I had to read/listen to this one to fill in the relationship between Ridge and Kerrie as well as more information on the building relationship between Ridge's brothers and frat brothers. LOVED IT. I didn't want to pause play when needed. This was well written with a good storyline and great characters! There was the perfect amount of drama and a sweet HEA. This series is a great read/listen!!! I'll be back tracking to see if there is more about the sisters!

Vanessa Edwin and Tim Paige are excellent narrators. Their performances were perfection. The book rolled like watching a movie. The voicing of both male and female well done for each narrator. I could easily listen to them for a even longer book. I'll definitely be looking for more of their work.

*I was thrilled to received a code for this audiobook and this is my voluntary and honest opinion.

Boys and their toys

Karrie and Ridge's story was not something you would have thought of. Karrie life in college was great at one point. She had the boyfriend, the bestie, the grades and the life she wanted. When she least expected it things took a turn. Life change, things got hard and feelings were hurt.

Ridge has demons in his life which didn't make him happy. The saying is money makes you happy but when it's your family money there are things that are already set in place for your future. Ridge was well on his way to making his own decisions but one quick decision to be apart a game with the frat house. Truths, fun and a very happy ending take place for both Karrie and Ridge, The decision college kids have to make often has your mind wondering where was all of this when I was in school!!
