About this listen

The sky is falling! The sky is falling!

Think I'm exaggerating? Well I'm not. I've finally got my brother Michael back, and I wish I could say all is well. But the sh*t has really hit the fan and time is running out for us to make our big escape.

Daddy dearest or should I say the new warden of Pembroke Penitentiary is determined to make me the new Gilchrest family sacrifice. With Blackwater down for the count, the entire prison on lock down, AND no food coming inside, all of Pembroke has been turned upside down as we are forced to fight it out for even our basic needs.

And let's just say Michael and the guys don't exactly see eye to eye. So yeah, I've got fighting inside and out to contend with.

Will we find a way to band together and discover a way out before my father captures me? Or will we starve before that's even a problem? Pick up this sizzling finale of the wildly popular Poison Penitentiary series to find out.

Contains mature themes.

Would definitely refer this to everyone. Very riveting and on the edge of your seat. Very good narration. Good job to author as well.

Awesome story

Overall I enjoyed this series. The ending seemed a little rushed though. Also I hate when a book repeats everything constantly like people can't remember what happened last chapter. This one is full of it.

Good book... mostly.

Details were constantly repeated yet there were still inconsistencies. I really don’t need a plot point established in book one, repeated throughout book 2, and then to be told again in book 3 for the millionth time. Story arc was decent enough but was a rough read at times.

So repetitive…
