As a recovering perfectionist, this audiobook really hit home for me. On my entrepreneurial journey, I’ve learned that "done is better than perfect" and that real growth only happens when you're willing to make mistakes and face your fears. This audiobook dives deep into how perfectionism holds us back and offers such an uplifting reminder that happiness comes from embracing imperfection.

From Perfectionism to Happiness was exactly what I needed at this point in my life. I’ve always been someone who sets impossibly high standards for myself, and while it pushed me to achieve a lot, it also left me constantly anxious, exhausted, and never truly satisfied.

This book helped me understand the roots of my perfectionism and gave me real tools to start shifting my mindset. The sections on self-compassion and time management were especially eye-opening—I never realized how much pressure I was putting on myself until I started reading this.
What I loved most is how compassionate and practical the tone is. It’s not about fixing yourself; it’s about learning to accept yourself and find happiness in the process. I’m already seeing changes in how I manage my time, my relationships, and how I talk to myself.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in the cycle of “never good enough,” I highly recommend this book. It’s like having a supportive guide walk you gently toward peace, balance, and joy.

The book focuses on how perfectionism can start since you are child, how it can evolve during the phases of your life and how it can impact it limiting a way of living a more fullfilling and happier life. However, the most important part of the book is how to overcome perfectionism, embracing errors and learning from them, and specially it teaches the different ways to correct it at the different stages of your life.

I’ve been told I’m a perfectionist, but I didn’t fully understand what that meant at the time. As I’ve become more self-aware, I can now see how perfectionism has affected different areas of my life. This book helped me better understand those patterns and showed me how to shift my mindset so I can feel more at ease and adjust my expectations. It also covers ways to manage stress, practice self-compassion, and create healthier relationships by not holding everything, and everyone—to impossible standards. Which I have been living in circles of stress, and that hasn't been happy. I never realized how much perfectionism was shaping my self-image, but now it’s clear. Truly a helpful and insightful read.

Perfectionism is an interesting trait in many of us always thought it was something that we are born with and can’t change. What was fascinating about Claudia’s audiobook is that she shows us a clear path to help to learn to accept the behaviour patterns but also to change them by finding peace within yourself through practical means. That change in mindset is the key that has already made me revaluate the level of perfectionism and anxiety I have had and begin a new journey into being more content with myself and realising I can only do so much at once. I really encourage people to give this a try and hear it for yourself.
