Great to release stress.

Great and easy idea but also needed for those people that it is hard to remember what to do when you are anxious. If you can carry around a Guided Imagery - this may help you! Great for anyone. Easy enough and colorful enough to keep your attention so they are well designed, too!

Effective, easy and soothing meditation

Got me to sleep pretty quickly. I had it on a low volume and used earphones. I noticed one earphone fell out of my ear when I woke up - which I don't mind because I slept through the whole night. Effective audio for getting to sleep.

One of the greatest, from Trance Bloom.

Great go-to for just self-help audible that I use to help that need something to be reminded of when on their own or at home. I got it as a way to help myself relax and have mindfulness exercises at my fingertips to be able to pull up an exercise when my brain is in that Anxious state!!

Will listen again and again

I enjoyed all of the meditations included in this audible bundle. The narrator'svoice is so relaxing and easy to focus on. This is great to listen to before going to bed and it helps you relax and go to sleep.I will enjoy listening to this bundle again and again.This audible was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

This is for any age

The "Guided Imagery" has nice peaceful rhythms. I am not sure they release anxiety and stress any faster or relax us but they are friendly and we enjoyed them.

ONLY ONE ~ 40 Min. GUIDED MEDITATION...NOT 5 HOURS

What a sham. There were five hours of annoying repetitious music after an only 40-minute guided meditation. To me, this is false advertising. It is not five hours of guided imagery...It is 40 minutes. Tossing this back. NOT WORTH IT.
