I loved the variety here, but also the narrations, which I found the right mix between relaxing and motivating. Very focused hypnosis sessions that get you to where you need to be mentally.

awesome bundle
perfect for everyday use in my opinion. Just something you should be thinking anyway but probably are not and don't even realize you are self sabotaging. Not all of us have had the best encouragement growing up, and that can lead to self esteem issues as an adult. I'm loving how this handles underlying issues in a gentle and uplifting way.
