Great introductory read to hypnosis & unconscious mind
I loved this audiobook. While I also have the physical book, it was super helpful to hear Grace Smith guide the listener through some of the self-hypnosis sessions (particularly her pace and tone). She also makes a complex science very consumable to anyone that’s interested in learning more on the topic.

Life Changing!!
This book has opened my eyes on what hypnosis actually is and how it can help me in my daily life! I now understand hypnosis is natural and God made state for all of us to be more free in our day to day lives.

This book has changed my life!!!
The Author is a sweet knowledgeable and extremely passionate human being. She's done her homework!! And just wants the best life for everyone. Journey through the subconscious
I have both the print and audiobook version of this book and there are benefits to both. The audio version offers easy access to guided hypnosis that’s at the end of every chapter, and having Grace Smith’s voice read this book to me was like a deep, relaxing journey through my subconscious mind. It’s very easy to listen to, especially with the stories at the beginning of each chapter. Hypnosis is so cool and I know this is just the start of my exploration. This is a beautiful beginning book.

easy to read, understand and eye opening
The book is an easy to listen and understand explanation of what is and what is not hypnosis, I especially enjoyed the short stories at the beginning and the meditation with a goal at the end of each chapter, it broke the chapters up well and helped me understand the content and context of each chapter.
