I bought this for my kids and I to listen to in the car, along with a hard copy to read at home with our history text book. It was super engaging and informative; we learned new things about people we'd never heard of before. We learned more about the famous ones we were familiar with. The humor was well done and funny for my 3rd-7th graders, and even my husband and I were laughing aloud. We all loved it and recommend it to all our friends!

engaging narration, interesting facts!

Listened on the car ride to our vacation. It made the Revolution interesting for my 8 year old, which was the point of the book. The narrator was very good and made it a lively event.

It would bra very good book IF the author didn’t use as much slang and bad words. It also talks a lot about blood and death so Maybe not for younger kids. Again I say it would be a super fun book if it didn’t use such bad words.

OK
