Audacious and captivating.

This is a good read and lovely storytelling. I was captivated to the very last word. You will visualize the images, You’ll feel the devastating sufferings, the emotions -the frustrations, the bitter anger that had no room for expression, and perhaps you will learn why you feel what you feel. I recommend this book to everyone but more to the descendants of the enslaved blacks in America and beyond. This is also helpful for the kits-and-kins left behind in Africa. Slavery, colonization and imperialism left deep wounds and scars yet unhealed, but thank God there’s healing balm for all who would believe.
