I have listened to all 4 books. So hope the series continues as hinted. The narrator did an awesome job throughout the series. Loved all the story lines and how the characters interweaved. Shout out to this author and her imagination.

I read the first two books and enjoyed them, but the two main chargers in this installment seemed to completely change. When we met them in the first novel, it felt like a disgusting old man trying to trap a young girl into marriage. This continues in book 2 where she is viewed like a possession, an unwilling participant in a political game.
In this book, she’s all of a sudden deeply in love and devastated that he is willing to walk away.
I became increasingly frustrated by their interactions as I read the book because it became too sappy and I skipped most of the sex scenes because it seemed forced.
