In life, we have moments in time in which we have an opportunity before us to make a change or respond to a situation. According to D. A primer to help you understand the value of your life in both good and not-so-good circumstances. I liked the various steps outlined throughout, and tried to take notes, but it was just too difficult to keep pausing and restarting the recording. I suppose this is an inherent limitation of the audible media platform.

Would be super-helpful to include ancillary material online, as refresher for the key hinge moments and their respective behaviors and responses.

The people used as examples are common knowledge and I felt detracted from the uniqueness of the topic.

The narration seemed a bit saccharine.

This book is a wonderful framework for understanding and embracing transitions throughout our lives. I first heard of it as a reference in a Forward Day by Day meditation and it so moved me, that I got the audio book and listened to it in one day.😊
