Practice makes perfect

You can read this book in one fell swoop; however, the tips, though simple as they may sound, take a lifetime to implement. I'm definitely going to listen to it again and again – pen and paper in hand – until, by either osmosis or determination, the techniques become second nature.

Better than expected

I received a free copy of this book to review it. I wasn't sure what to expect. I am interested in the topic of self-improvement and building self-discipline is something that caught my attention. I was very pleased with the practical skills suggested in the first 30 minutes of the book. In fact, they are so simple, but I hadn't put them in practice. I decided to start scheduling in my personal calendar some of the important things I need to do to be more productive. I would totally recommend this book to someone looking for basic skills to become more self-disciplined and then maybe focus on a particular skill by reading more about it in other books. Great read!

Quick and useful place to start

A great reference guide to help reinforce good habits. While there isn't any hidden technique to be gleaned from this book it does give some helpful tips and strategies to keep you focused and on point. In the end it is going to be up to anyone listening to try and implement this and make it a habit. A short and to the point way to help you find some techniques or tips that might help you make it a habit to be productive and on point.

Super helpful!

For only an hour and half, this audiobook contains a lot of helpful and guiding information. I recommended this audio to my husband as well and he also enjoyed it. Narration is well done.

Sometimes its just hard to hear

This was a great place to start if you are on the way to building up yourself. If you're one of those people that have little to no self discipline this book should be exactly what you're looking for. I find it hard some days to keep motivated with stuff and this helped in giving tips to avoid that and live a more productive lifestyle.
