Story
Nic Sheff was drunk for the first time at age 11. In the years that followed, he would regularly smoke pot, do cocaine and ecstasy, and develop addictions to crystal meth and heroin. Even so, he felt like he would always be able to quit and put his life together whenever he needed to. It took a violent relapse one summer in California to convince him otherwise.

It actually worked!
I managed to work past the virtual voice and focus on the message. I followed the rules the way the author suggested. I never read ahead. I followed the program day by day, bought the supplies he suggested and I’m not clean and sober and couldn’t be happier.

BRILLIANT!
I have been “stuck” in addiction for 15 years, only the past year did I really start getting serious about changing it. 15 years a functioning addict, I knew it was only a matter of a time before I was no longer able to function, I’m on day 1, and I’ve tweaked the recommendations to better suite me but I’ve gotten the message loud and clear. The way it’s worded, empowers you and makes you truly feel like the author is speaking directly to you.
Thank you so much for your help.
