Master yourself to hone your people reading skills

The best pointer it gave was that we need to master ourselves if we want to home our people reading skills. I strongly agree with this part. Would have wanted more explanation on how mastering yourself would improve people reading skills with more facts and examples.

the book is broken up into many 1 minute chapters

i would have prefered the book to be broken up in longer chapters that way the messages will be better ingrained
