I really like her soothing voice. Very calming. I have not listened to the entire book without falling asleep, but I think that is the point. What I have heard is relaxing. I really downloaded for sleep, not so much weight loss; but if I lose weight that would be fine too.

If this is for deep sleep why does it start by telling you to sit up straight? I like this, but find the talking too loud compared to the back ground waves and music.
