I am now able to stopmy anxious, thoughts and conversations in my head with taking a deep breath and challenging myself

I loved the actual examples of what all of us go through as people rather than talking in generalized terms. I feel everyone could relate to something that was mentioned. Very well done. Thank you. I have already begun sharing this with my friends and my family.

helpful. clarity. hope. overviews all aspects. some chapters feel a bit like a book review of someone else's books, but quite effective; I'll be reading those next.

Absolutely a Life Benefiting Encouragement of Art!!! More than Worth Your Time!!!

This is one Of the best books I've ever listened to! It is well worth anyone's time to listen or read and I highly recommend it! I've also listened to Doctor Johns podcasts and YouTube videos and he's definitely got a good head on his shoulders and speaks a resonating truth from his experience both in the past and as he enjoys working through life his self. Very real and down-to-earth, and A major plus that he invested the time read it himself with the perfect amount of vocal emotion to deliver his own message! Thanks for your work and contribution to the world Dr. John!!

Overcoming all the hurdles life throws at you.

I loved everything about this book.. coming from a single parent household and 7 siblings… Not everyday was bad, but there were good days and some really hard days… this book has helped me realized how grateful I am for where I am today and how to move forward..

Transforming

This book is great in so many ways beyond just being less anxious in life. It teaches you how to build a meaningful, courageous, fulfilling life that leaves you happy and also happens to leave you less anxious. I’m working to apply each principle in my life and will likely revisit this book again soon.

Anxiety isn’t the problem…it’s the alarm that your body is working properly!

I needed this book so much! I’ve lived with anxiety/ocd for years and sometimes I feel myself spiraling again so I have to dial it back in and take a break every now and then. Work is my drug and that’s not healthy either. Thank you for writing this!
