The intro chapters were a bit too long / redundant for me but once Dr Deloney got into the meat of the six daily choices, I loved this. Will re-listen to take notes about the action plans and chapter summaries.

Such a relatable way to identify and address anxiety. I most appreciated the tools at the end of each chapter to help put Delony's advice into practice! Nothing frustrates me more than authors talking around a topic like change, but never providing anything concrete to help you walk those changes out. Highly recommend!
