I think overall this is an excellent book. But in the beginning I felt this book would be great for young adults as the first 2-3 chapters seem to focus on late Highschool to college level. But then the next chapters centered on issues that is too inclusive so that this group will probably not finish the book. I will try to convince my 3 college age grand children to read the book as it helps them understand what really matters. There are so many great issues that are amplified but I don’t feel they will get the messages.

One other point is the total lack of interviewing the most successful modern day reporter. It is clear that Ms Perino did not want to interview the one person who has 50 years of experience should have been interviewed , Mr Bill O’Reilly. Yes he was taken down by Fox but his ability to help the millions of people with his nightly program is unsurpassed. He should have been consulted with some views that would help the book become a 5 star read. Perhaps he declined but should have at least been mentioned. Also Chris Como would have been an excellent commentator on a number of issues.

This is why I can’t give it more than 3 stars.

Being an avid Fox News viewer it was great to hear the perspective and stories of all the people I watch every day!

Retired but still great listening and very informative

I am really enjoying this audio book, however I find myself constantly replaying the guest thoughts. I know all the names in the book, but the voices throw me off as they are generic voiceovers.
That said, I crave these valuable opinions and thoughts. I will be purchasing the book as this is one I want to note and bookmark!

If anything, I wish there were more about Dana and her success, but the contributors added a lot.

Listen to the audio, but buy the book

Dana has certainly found a clever way to offer some great advice. The mix of "mentors" she gives us stretches from her college days to colleagues to celebrities to a president of the United States! Not a bad bunch of counselors. The advice is great and the presentation is clever, Her narration and additional comments provide the cement that hold a wonderful book together!

Great advice, cleverly given

Liked the concept, personal life experiences are rarely shared, and add to my understanding of wants and needs we all have, and how best to deal with them. Thank you ❤️

Great to hear the personal opinions from commentators I admire. Great read. ❤️
