This is an excellent introduction to Stoicism. It's ideal for a newbie Stoic like myself. This book contains everything you'll need to start living a Stoic existence, as well as a variety of tactics to help you perfect it in your daily life. This is a wonderful book to listen to if you're interested in stoicism or seeking for a self-improvement philosophy.

A very down to earth overview of Stoicism and the practice thereof for the modern fast paced liver of the human life! Amazing! I loved this book gave me a good starting point to my Stoic studies. It explained in detail the history, ideas and application of the philosophy. The ideas are many, so I will need to listen to those chapters again, and the book recommends further reading, which I found very useful! Thanks
