In the Middle of Know Where is guided imagery that uses a Buddhist mindful breathing exercise that automatically produces the relaxation response in you. As you repeatedly enjoy this exercise, coupled with the remarkably serene music and the soothing voice of Loretta Siani, doctor of clinical hypnotherapy, you will become filled with a deep sense of peace that renews your spirit, connects you to your inner wisdom, and enables you to gain a broader, clearer perspective on life.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
I prefer to jump right in to meditation and this had too much of a preface for my taste. The Tibetan bell rang, which in my experience, usually signals the beginning of meditation. That wasn't the case with this recording. The narrators voice was soothing to my ear, but there was too much extra talking for me.If you’ve listened to books by Loretta Siani before, how does this one compare?
NAtoo much preface to meditation
