Lots of great info here!

Charlotte Piper's book provides a great guide to help people fall asleep and stay asleep. I'm a night owl, and I regularly fall asleep and wake up 2-3 hours later wide awake. I can't wait to put things from this book into practice, like meditation and guided hypnosis. The audio was very engaging as well.

Very positive and encouraging

In other books, the topic of weight loss is always treated as something negative, something you should feel ashamed off or something a bit like a taboo. I really enjoyed this audiobook and it was the first time I was trying hypnosis with this topic. I must say I was positively surprised, as since the first day I felt a positive vibe around the topic (versus some aversion before). Plus, the voice of the narrator is super nice and relaxing so it was a pleasure to listen to.

Deep - Self!!!

Charlotte Piper has written an incredibly helpful book!!! Jacqueline Michelle and the narration of this book are the star. there is no loud music or interruptions once you fall asleep. Great Job

I was skeptical of self hypnosis until i listened to this book. It truly works. I look forward to using the techniques in this book to radically change my sleep patterns, calm my mind and be more refreshed each and every day. I am ready to being a regime of daily self hypnosis to sleep deeper, calm my mind and eliminate night-time anxiety.

Nice Book Full of Meditation

If you are like me and believe in the power of meditation, you will like this book. Each chapter has a new meditation to enjoy.

Each one is very relaxing and calming. Some are intended to help you relax, help with stress, and help you get deep sleep. I really like to one for releasing negative energy.

Chapter 12 is full of affirmations to help you get into the mindset of self love. This chapter is very helpful.

I love the focus on self love provided by this audiobook.

A great guide

Relaxing and works!

Relaxing and Works!

What stood out to me right away was how relaxing the narration was. I enjoyed listening to this before going to sleep, and I noticed it helped me reach my weight loss goals with more ease.

I feel so good!

That’s insightful, calming, and helpful. I was surprised by how many chapters were showcased and allows for specific aspects to be addressed. And they worked great listening to them in order. I especially liked the hypnosis to release negative energy. This book also guided you through quality breathing techniques.
