Charlotte Piper's book provides a great guide to help people fall asleep and stay asleep. I'm a night owl, and I regularly fall asleep and wake up 2-3 hours later wide awake. In other books, the topic of weight loss is always treated as something negative, something you should feel ashamed off or something a bit like a taboo. I really enjoyed this audiobook and it was the first time I was trying hypnosis with this topic. I must say I was positively surprised, as since the first day I felt a positive vibe around the topic (versus some aversion before). Plus, the voice of the narrator is super nice and relaxing so it was a pleasure to listen to.

Everybody deals with stress and anxiety in different ways. However, if you don't let go of negative energy, it is difficult to sleep, and if you don't sleep, it's tough to lose weight. This was a helpful audiobook as it had a mixture of guided meditations and self-hypnosis tracks for you to follow. The narration was engaging, and it was nice to follow along to the meditations and let go of any negative thoughts and feelings.

I absolutely love these audiobooks Charlotte Piper has created. The music is always relaxing and the flow of the content is always helpful. My favorite chapter I listen to the most in this audio book is chapter 8. I have trouble falling asleep most night, because my brain is racing. I use to go on Youtube and find some guided meditation on there. However, now that I have found this audiobook “Overcoming Insomnia” this particular guided meditation works wonders for me. I feel can feel the stress leave my body. Plus, the music is this audiobook vibes deeply with me. I recommend this to anyone that is looking for an audiobook that wants a guided experience without all the annoying sounds that sometimes appear that breaks your concentration.
