This is a must for people dealing with Anxiety
I have had issues with anxiety for many years, so to stumble across this audiobook is a welcome listen. Learning that using our subconscious mind we are able to use it to it's fullest potential. Combine that with the fact the author is a Doctor really helps with what is taught in this Audiobook.
I love that the Author shows us proper breathwork and meditation in connection with our subconscious mind. In my daily life I sometimes struggle with expressing gratitude, positive affirmations, Those with anxiety issues will know what I am talking about.
Overall, I couldn't be happier that I have listened to this Audiobook and would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn how to unlock the full potential of their subconscious mind. "Mind Medicine" will stay wih me for a long time. Great Job!

A Gentle Path to Holistic Health
I never understood the true nature of mindfulness until now. Dr Jordan Burns explains this practice in detail and adds in-depth information about a range of connected phenomena that together, enhance human health and wellbeing. I loved the way she flows with the natural progression of thoughts, words, and actions in the book.
I gained incredible insights from this audiobook. Now that I understand the how-to and value of implementing mindfulness techniques I am keen to start my journey to wholeness. The beautiful narration brings the material to life; it was an absolute pleasure to listen to.

Mind Over Matter Healing Techniques
Overall enlightening, and inspiring guidance for overcoming personal health issues surrounding stress, anxiety, and how those conditions manifest through pain. The author walks through a variety of methods for reducing these sources of illness with mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and visualizations to clear damaging behavioral and thought patterns. After listening for a few days, I find myself feeling more positively oriented toward not only my emotional life, but my physical life as well.
The narrator was engaging and easy to follow, and the chapters were organized in a way that made the content easy to follow and digest. Looking forward to keep returning to over the years.

Helpful, Life Changing Information Awaits
There isn't a person alive that doesn't deal with these issues: one or all. The world we live in answers our pain with a pill but never gets to the root of this issue. Would you say they just apply a bandaid to the surface without finding the problem? All the systems work off of each other and with each other. The mind is powerful, but at the time is very difficult to maneuver and achieve what you want it to. Mindfulness pulls you into the reality of what is going on in your body and focuses on that to release the mind of pain, worry, and anxiety.
