About this listen

Clean Christian small town slice-of-life with romance.

For two years, Sammi Morretti has cared for her housebound grandfather. Now he's gone, and she's left with no place to go. Then a mysterious aunt invites her to work at a tiny bed-and-breakfast in the town of Wimber. Can the Main Street women and a kind youth pastor with a dangerous history pull Sammi out of the darkness she's lived in for so long?

Inn Dependence

A sweet story about a young woman who lost herself in the care of her Grandfather and must learn how to interact with people again.

Wonderful Christian novel

I love Angela's books. I have listened to several of them. I like that although many of the stories are linked together, they can be read independently. The stories are great and not too fluffy. The narration is good.

Choosing change

I wish there were 1/2 stars allowed in reviews. I reserve 5 stars for books I would go back and reread once a year every year. (I really have an annual book list).
This endearing story is of two individuals who at certain points in their life chose to change the direction of their lives. They put their trust in God and watched what He could do for them. Both were brave and stood for truth and right.
I loved the third story in this series and can say that each book is a stand alone with small spotlights on characters from the first. Now I need to get my hands on the second story to find out who’s story it is and how it impacted this tight knit community. The author and reader do an excellent job of pulling the audience in and having them invest in the outcome of the character’s lives.
Although there is some action from a gang, it is handled tactfully and with minimal violence. This book is an easy clean read suitable for young teens on up.

great story

A good example of how one girl overcomes crippling fear & anxiety. she gained enough inner strength to combat gang members.
