A MUST HAVE FOR EVERY BODYBUILDER

Iron On My Mind and Iron In My Hand are truly two of the most well written books in the field of bodybuilding...and in the audio version they are narrated in such a way that you feel as if you're with the Blond Bomber as he shares his experiences/knowledge with the reader. The only question I have is when is the audio version of Brother Iron - Sister Steel going to be released?

A must read for those whose training is apart of their lifestyle and for those who want to add trading to their lifestyle.

A great opportunity to just listen to the thoughts of one of the great icons of bodybuilding, physical training and just plain movement. His words are humble and humbling and extremely encouraging.

Interesting book....

It was much different than any other fitness or weightlifting book i have ever read, and I have read countless, As it is a collection of 66 (yes 66!) very short chapters with Dave extolling his thoughts and belief on life, weightlifting, muscle mass, strength, and energy. It is NOT a book telling you how to lift, when to lift, and what to eat, other than to eat almost nothing but protein. It is more a story of his life, what he has learned, and how it changes as the decades pass... He tends to ramble, and reminds me of an old man on a porch telling you about his life and what he has learned.... but I did enjoy the stories and how they change as a person gets older. just beware, this is not a book such as Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle by Tom Venuto, my favorite book and I highly recommend, that brings you through what you need to do to get lean and keep and or build the muscle.

Flows from one catch phrase to the next

Really wanted to like this book but it’s so incredibly full of cliches and catch phrases that it’s just irritating to listen to.
