good content

Dan John really should have read the book, there's just something in the delivery of the text that was missing with someone else reading it.

A fresh perspective on fitness

Being a fairly new trainer, I’m always looking for more knowledge to improve not only myself but also my clients. This book was well written and resulted in me being sucked in and taking notes. Worth the listen and will find yourself coming back to it for refreshing key points.

Two Thumbs Up!

I tell you What. If you are a Coach ,been coached ,or want to be coached this book is something you should investigate. Coach sits you right beside him as he takes you back through competition and more importantly life through his eyes, but with enough insight to see with your own eyes of what you are wanting to do. I’ll be picking this one back up a couple more times in my lifetime. “If you read it you’ll like it, and if you like it you’ll read it twice!”
