Isochronic tones: Deep relaxation with healing Schumann Resonance.
Isochronic tones have an incredibly amazing effect on our body. They are capable of
- calming us,
- releasing us from the obsessive ruminations of everyday life,
- triggering feelings in us that lower our pulse,
- and sustainably relaxing our body and mind.
The method is based on the fundamental research of the German physicist Heinrich-Wilhelm Dove. He discovered that isochronic (or isochronous) tones can put our brain in a deep relaxed state (theta state). This happens due to a law of nature - audio resonance. Here's a simple example: When you strike a tuning fork and place another one next to it, the second tuning fork automatically begins to vibrate at the same frequency. This is precisely what isochronic tones do. When we listen to them, they stimulate our brainwaves with a low base frequency.
Research shows that this type of natural stimulation can be very helpful in relaxing or enhancing our ability to store information. For example, it is very popular among students to listen to isochronic soundscapes as they study for tests and exams.

Note: Our hearing has a considerable degree of sensitivity. For example, we can be hypnotized only by hearing. Laptop speakers are often too small to transmit the full sound spectrum of isochronic tones. We therefore recommend external speakers or headphones for a perfect effect. This way you can fully enjoy the intended effect.

absolutely amazing
slept through the night for the first time in years. the only words that are spoken are in the very beginning during the intro. this is my favorite by far for sleeping.

Bubbling cauldron?
I would have given this five stars but...
I put it on my tablet, and the plan was to just let it play all night and hopefully KEEP me asleep. It put me to sleep pretty quickly, but I was rudely awakened at 3:38am by sounds I can only describe as a giant, bubbling, hot, witches cauldron. Seriously, it's an hour of very obvious hot, bubbling, liquid. Good luck trying to get to sleep after being awakened by that! If you can get past that irritating and odd chapter (Chapter 8) then you will love the other chapters. From now on I'll just set the timer on the tablet so that it turns off before that dreaded chapter.

Don’t buy it.
Don’t waste your money and don’t try and listen while sleeping the volume goes up and down. This triggers more stress then relaxation.

Everyone else was correct.
I didn't think it would be as bad as everyone said. It was wonderful until it woke me up with this horrible gurgling noise that went on so long I count wait it out. It's a shame cuz it put me into a fabulous deep fast. Waste of a credit. Makes me afraid to try their other products.
