Very calm, soothing and relaxing
Feels like you are sitting right next to the ocean as the waves crash against your mind, great audio book to pop in after a long stressful day of your job. This audiobook will take you there definitely a great listen. and definitely good if you are ready to get good nights sleep, and be recharged for the next day!!!!

Invigorating!
Binaural Beats is an excellent way to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday stress, and enter a world of invigoration and relaxation.
I had quite a painting project cut out for me yesterday—I was not looking forward to it after a long day of cleaning, cooking, and running after toddlers. I played this audiobook while painting and it absolutely made a world of a difference! Not only did the soothing sounds helped me to relax and quiet my mind, but I found myself much more focused on the task and it was actually an enjoyable experience!
I look forward to plugging into this soundscape of tranquillity on a regular basis, especially while working on the less enjoyable projects, and as a way to just wind down and de-stress before bedtime!
Highly recommended!
