Brittany Pressley
Intelligent and outspoken, Jessica Barnes left her home back East to help her seriously ill brother run the Springwater Gazette, and arrives in town to find the family and the newspaper in upheaval. Ever efficient, and not shy with her opinions, Jessica rolls up her sleeves and takes charge. Springwater has never met a woman like her - and neither has its mayor, Gage Calloway, a frequent subject of Jessica's journalism.

Only wish is that the stories were longer like the first book, Springwater with Scully, Evangeline and Abigail.
Thought that the narrator did a pretty good job, nice range of voices. Definitely a huge improvement from the Rachael, Savanna, and Miranda narrators.
Happy ending after a tragic start.
