I really enjoy how this author develops characters that are relatable and quickly draws you in to their world and their relationships This one left me definitely eager for the next one in the series as I'm invested in their story! great book

Lilly is a personal assistant to her father. Phillip is a resident at St Joseph hospital. When the meet sparks fly but with two different worlds can these two be together. Can these two find love? What will happen when Lilly's dad causes a fuss? What will happen in the next book?

Their chemistry is undeniable, but they’re from two different worlds. Can Lilly and Flip’s fledgling relationship survive all the obstacles thrown in their way, or will things be over before they can even start?

Lexy Timms turns up the steam in the first book of the series. There are great characters and a fantastic storyline. I’m looking forward to picking up the next book.

Jackson Gold did an ok job with the narration. His female voice for Lilly wasn’t my favorite, but it certainly didn’t turn me off from listening. There were also a couple of times where the narration wasn’t fluid and words/phrases were repeated.
