Absolutely! It will help anyone think positively by using affirmations (statements) in first person. I recommend listening to this for 10 consecutive days before bed, even if you do not think it's working. While you listen, pretend it works. Pretend the magic of meditation is real. If after 10 days you do not feel a change about you, then you have my permission to give up. I listen to this before bed for the breathing techniques to help me fall asleep. Most the time, I fall asleep before it's over but the positive thoughts and ideas Glenn presents stay with me the following day.
