Excellent guided meditation.... very soothing!
Glenn's voice is very soothing to listen to... very relaxing! When I listen to this meditation as I'm falling asleep, I wake up feeling great the next day! This was the first guided meditation I've purchased by Glenn Harrold. I've since purchased more of his meditations and I enjoy listening to them often.

A great way to fall asleep!
I’ve played this track (track 2, the one for falling asleep) at least 200 times now, and I think I’ve only made it to the ending awake about 10-15 times. This is really a perfect sleep track! The music throughout is actually really good, and the simple story (walking through a woods and finding a waterfall that washes away any negativity) as well as the affirmations are soothing and enjoyable. I’ve recommended this to lots of friends who’ve loved it too. If you do use this to fall asleep, here are my recommendations: 1.) Use the second track on this recording. 2.) Set the sleep timer for the “end of the chapter” so you don’t get startled awake by “AUDIBLE HOPES YOU’VE ENJOYED THIS RECORDING!” at the end.

I really like this mediation it is very soothing and restorative. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to just feel generally better all over in their body and their life in their mind. Also for anyone who would like to meditate but seem to struggle with it this is very helpful. I give this a five stars overall because I really feel it is helping me.
