Helpful

I feel hopeful after listening. Learning gratitude is a life skill we treat our children but then forget as a adults, this meditation is part of my daily routine.

Not bad

none of the books on meditation that I've seen here tell you how long or how many they have.... It's really a craps shoot not knowing if you will get a one hour meditation or a bunch under 10 minutes...

I had hoped it was one long meditation but there are 2. the first is about 36 minutes and the second about 10 minutes.

the speaker does a good job

A Better Lens for Your Heart

This recording has a very positive affect on me
It literally breaks my heart wide open,tears roll down my face,and my heart bursts wide open with thankfulness...im left feeling calm, grounded and peaceful. This so far has worked really well for me. Looking into what the other recordings have to offer.

Glenn Harrold’s self-hypnosis are very helpful for reprogramming the mind, and this one is among the best. His kind voice and carefully chosen words foster a sense of trust, a bond with him that allow his listeners to relax and open up to his teachings. I have greatly benefitted from Mr. Harrold’s mp3s. I am grateful for them.
