The beauty of rising above a break up
I appreciate so much that this book addresses how we negatively weigh ourselves down through breakups but that we can pick ourselves up and move on to bigger better things without damaging our relationships with ourselves. It felt real and honest and direct, with simple and easy to follow advice and steps to help me thru overcoming the pain of my failed relationship.
