#1 book I've read on breaking up!
I could have saved myself a fortune in counseling costs had I read this book first! It is a must read, in my opinion. I will certainly recommend it to anyone going through a breakup. I only wish I had read it sooner!!

The beauty of rising above a break up
I appreciate so much that this book addresses how we negatively weigh ourselves down through break ups but that we can pick ourselves up and move on to bigger better things without damaging our relationships with ourselves. Wherever you’re at in the grieving process there are several tremendously helpful hints to help you get over your break-up in healthy ways and allowing yourself to take the time to heal from the pain and feeling of loss that have occurred in your own way.
I have already recommended this book to a few friends who are going through hard times with break ups and probably will reference it again when needed.

All the difference
I loved it. yesterday I was lost and confused. Now I'm clear headed and focused. helped put everything into perspective. even the hard to swallow self analysis part.

Good and Practical Advice
This book helped me with processing through the grieving stages. It was also very instrumental in helping me sort out my emotions in order to regain my inner-strength, focus on self-love and to move on.

The consistent reassurance and advice
I listened to this book on audible. Many concepts, advice and methods out there and found in this book, many of us are aware of but just as many of us do, we tend to struggle when it comes to heeding our own advice.
I realized as I listened to this book, that even though there were things I felt for certain that I already knew, it helped adjust my mind and way of thinking in tough moments. As I listened, it really helped my outlook for the future, my perspective on my whole situation and it kept me disciplined during some real, heavy emotional turbulence.
Thank you so much!
(Now all I need is a guide like this to raising a teenager and I’ll be set for success haha!)
