A stronger you
This audio book is a great resource for those going through a divorce. I like how the author says "you experience it all" and you learn to move on, survive, forgive, become stronger and care for your self. Great Information
This audion covers so much information about our rollercoaster ride of life. I have been there like so many others and it just seems like the way of life but it doesn't make it any easier. There is so much pain and hurt and brokenness that is hard to explain but this audio really does help you navigate through all those powerful thoughts going through your head and heart. . WEll done

Helpful with my healing

The needed strength
This is a very powerful audiobook to help you walk through one of the darkest times of life especially when you least expect it. My half-sister is currently going through a divorce, and we all, as a family are trying to rally around her with all the support, we can possibly give. Relating with my sister's experience, it is truly a grieving time. I have now listened to this audiobook with my half-sister, and I think the most powerful point for me is the power of forgiveness and how this can give you peace. I would definitely recommend this audiobook.

Support for anyone going through divorce
Divorce is a grieving process and it can be so overwhelming. You can't even fathom the myriad of emotions unless you're directly involved. When I was going through the process, I remember feeling so hopeless. This book steps you through the process and gives you hope, reminds you that this time is temporary, and gives you practical ideas on how to get through the day to day. Great Book for Anyone Who's Gone Through a Divorce
Divorce is tough to go through, and this book helped me begin to move on. I like the quote from Vanesa Esperas, where she says divorce is like losing someone. I believe that to be 100% true in most cases. It can be devastating, and moving on is not always easy. However, this book helps you rethink divorce to move toward happiness. I recommend this book if you're someone who recently went through a divorce.

Refreshing to listen on a difficult time
Vanesa pieced together a great audiobook that can help with a difficult time in someone's life. Hailey Knoll does a very nice job narrating which I had an easy time listening to. Chapter 3 on Self Care is such a great piece which I was grateful Vanesa included and was able to address.

Great Book - would recommend
If you are going through a difficult divorce then this book is an excellent resource for you to help you get through these difficult days.
Divorce is a lot like losing someone. It is the death of a marriage. It is a sheer and brutal act of abandonment. It is extremely personal. This book navigates you through this process so you can get through it and move forward with your life.
This book shows how you'll learn the different stages of how to survive a divorce - would highly recommend.
