Publisher's summary

It's a mission that only Striker - the military arm of Op-Center - can handle: capture an Islamic cleric who is stirring up a rebellion against the Indian government. But when the border between India and Pakistan erupts, the Striker team gets caught in the crossfire. Now America's most proficient covert team is trapped in a full-fledged war. Their fate rests in the hands of a devious NSA double agent whose own agenda is unknown - a man who could just as easily sell them out as set them free. This book is an implicit profile of America's defense, intelligence, and crisis management technology, seen through the eyes of fictional two-star General Mike Rodgers. Like all books under Clancy's imprint, technical details are the order of the day.

Prolong the suspense: listen to more titles in Tom Clancy's Op-Center series.

He said, She said!

A lot of good twists and turns! And slot of he said, she said and I got real tired of PAF!.

Pakistan, India, Nuclear War, Op Centre!

Would you listen to Line of Control again? Why?

I would definitely listen to this Audio book again. Anything that Tom Clancy was involved with is worth reading and listening to again.

Which character – as performed by Michael Kramer – was your favorite?

Mike Rodgers was my favourite character in this one. Who can go past a character who helps prevent a nuclear war.

Another great one making me look again at Pakistan and India

I appreciate how fiction can bring me to study more.
I also appreciate how writing collaboration can stay true to the author of origin, even when I am sad about who the author chooses to kill.
The narration is great, I especially appreciate that the male narrator can communicate the strength of female characters and doesn’t have to make their voices screechie or high pitched and whiney.

In a word GREAT!

A story that draws you into the action and makes you feel like part of the team. You become more than a listener standing on the sidelines. I am a 70 year old disabled veteran and I was more than a spectator as I watched this story play in my mind. I lived and breathed and remembered as I listened. Thanks for the ride!

Op Center has a great story line.

Good narration. All of the Op Center series is far shorter stories than the Jack Ryan series. Great story lines though.

A Good Bedtime Story

The story isn't that bad, but the author will put you to sleep. This is my first Op Center book and this will be my last.

Good Idea, Terrible Execution

I really liked the story line but it was just terribly written and executed. 3/4 of the Stryker team being neutralized by flak, really? Why does each book include one of them dying? They are supposed to be the best of the best.

Terribly written "leadership" and decisions. Maybe the author should spend some more time actually talking to military personnel and not writing about them. Clip instead of magazine, really? I'm done with this series.
