The hard-edged Texan finds himself powerless to resist their explosive chemistry. Just as Cash is about to believe that Tippy might be the one for him, an unforgivable betrayal leads to despair, deceit - and unexpected danger. Now all roads lead to this one pivotal moment that will test the very fabric of a love that had once known no bounds....

I love Diana Palmer books because they are always a good read. She always has the perfect combination of action mixed with romance. The only disappointment in listening to these books was the narrator. I appreciate that he was trying to inflect different tones to be male and female roles but the voices, especially females, sometimes sounded wheezy and unrealistic which detracted from the story.

Love Diana Palmer

The narrator was good but he was not very good at female voices. The first 2 books were ok. The last book was good and a great story.

It was an ok listen.

have read these as paperbacks and e-books and now listened to them. Loved them each and every time.

three great books

The first two shorter books are very old fashioned & not very realistic, but they were written in the late 90’s. The 3rd book was much much better and 3 times as long. I’ve followed the Long Tall Texan series since they started, they are good romantic stories with angst, I’ve gotten many in audible for a feel good listen with a few tears and some chuckles. The narration by Todd McLaren is great for the male voices but not so much the females.

Good mostly old fashioned love stories with adventures

The first 2 stories ended abruptly, leaving me with wanting more. The last story had “meat”to it! The performance was great. The speaker really portrayed the characters in such a way that you knew who was talking. Some performers just muddled their voices leaving the listener confused.

She saved the best for last

Diana Palmer will always be one of my favorites

Enjoyed these stories, but found this set to be a weird compilation of books from this series— no rhyme nor reason as to why these three were chosen for this “set”! Definitely felt like I was missing info at times! Often felt there were I filled holes and things jumped. Don’t know if I enjoyed them enough to go back to the beginning of the series though…. And definitely not with this narrator… women don’t sound like that!!

Strange compilation

These are cute little romance stories that have young main characters. The narrator seems to be a man of middle age 40ish to 60ish, so it’s really hard to picture a young man as the main character when the voice is much older. I couldn’t listen past the first story.

Narration doesn’t match the story
