Publisher's summary

Her life is too chaotic for love. But adding more chaos is exactly what brings him—and love—in.

Tory is living her dream running her own coffee shop, Love a Latte, and raising four young kids. But her divorce left her doing it all on her own and not always succeeding. She'd consider marrying again someday—as long as the man was the complete opposite of her ex. But she really has no hope of that, because who would ever willingly step into her chaotic life?

Not only has Nate's marriage failed, but during the entire time he was married, he'd failed at convincing his ex that they should start a family. His lack of a love life can't be helped, but with his busy construction company and crew, he can help others plenty.

When a tree falls on Love a Latte during a lightning storm, causing extensive damage to the building, Nate steps in to help Tory rebuild. As the damaged building is being mended, can working side by side also mend their damaged hearts?

Great love again story

Nate and Tory are great together. I love how they meet and start spending time together. It was cool seeing how they each came to terms with their own inadequacy to help each other. Great love story

Great second chance romance with divorced characters.

This story was so incredibly heartfelt. It’s a second chance at love for Nate and Tori who both experienced bad first marriages and hard divorces. I like how realistic it was and the struggles each main character faced. The romance was sweet and the ending (especially the epilogue) was the best happy ever after. A wonderful family focused story.
The narration was easy to listen to and follow along.

A bit of love, blown in by a storm

Meg Easton's way with words, is magical. I am always pulled straight back in to Nestled Hollow with each new release of this series. This is another sweet cozy romance that is sure to warm you from the inside out. As a mother, I could never imagine having to date amidst raising young children. Hearing the story unfold between Nate and Tory is enough to convince anyone that love can be found anywhere. Liz Krane's narration really brings Meg's writing to life.

Second chance at love

This is a story about adulting. When life isn’t easy and opportunities are exciting and terrifying. Nate is dreamy and has the patient of a saint. Love this town and it’s sweet Hallmark movie kind of vibes.

Could any man love the messy that’s her life?

Such a sweet story about a single mom with 4 kids and a man who’s nervous about taking it all on. Did he have what it took to be a dad? An honest look about single parenting and new relationships. Along with the hard stuff there’s also plenty of laughs. Good narration. Clean.

A great listen

Both Tory and Nate have been through difficult marriages and divorces that have left scars on them. They are attracted to each other but wary of dating. When a tree takes out the front of Tory's coffee shop, Nate knows that he is the only contractor available to help her. They work together and spend time together and decide to give dating a try. But there is a lot of chaos in Tory's life, and neither one of them is sure if they can handle more. Fortunately, they have good friends and family to help set them straight.
I listened to the audiobook of this and enjoyed it very much. The narrator has a very smooth voice that is easy to listen to. She also did a great job capturing Nate's big heart, Tory's strength, and the personalities of each of Tory's children.

Sometimes a little chaos is all you need

I really enjoyed Tory and Nate's story. As a single parent myself, I never got the hang of dating with kids and what that was supposed to look like. But when Nate comes to Tory's rescue after a tree falls on her coffee shop, she ends up with more than what she bargained for. And while she has a hard time wrapping her head around it at first, it's as if it was always meant to be.
