About this listen

Love is in the Air is a contemporary romance by bestselling author Devon Vaughn Archer.

Weekend reporter Holly Kendall isn't looking for a mile-high romance when she boards a first-class flight home to Houston. Busy with work commitments, the one thing she can't do is let anything, or anyone, sidetrack her. But Anderson Gunn, the sensual legal consultant sitting next to her on the plane, is one irresistible distraction. And once they land on solid ground, their attraction soars.

At first, Holly's passionate heart overrules her practical mind - until she discovers that Anderson is exactly the kind of player she has vowed to stay away from. An ex-fiance is just one of the skeletons in Anderson's closet, but he has given up his heartbreaking ways. Yet trying to convince Holly that he's a changed man is next to impossible.

Will his past mistakes cost him a future with the woman of his dreams?

Or can love conquer all for Holly and Anderson, where the sky's the limit...?

Ok

I liked this book and would recommend it. It had a great sexual storylines and an ok storyline. This Author wanted to have everyone get alone after one party was really hurt, so others could feel good about doing someone wrong. No way should a friend start dating your ex fiance. she was friends with the girl first and then fell for her ex-fiance without knowing that her friend used to be engaged to him. Once she found out that she should have valued her friendship more and not pursued a relationship with that guy. And if she did choose to have a relationship with him she shouldn't have expected her friend to stick around and remain her friend. It wasn't like the ex fiance and her friend went together in high school it was a two-year-old relationship where he left her at the altar. Then Holly the friend tried to make herself feel better by hooking up her friend Madison with her brother after Holly got engaged to Madison's ex fiance that was just playing crazy.

Somewhat Boring and Not what I expected

The read was fairly slow and boring to me, mainly the voice of Susan Eichhorn Young. When listening to Black romance my preference is hear/listen to a Black narrator; I am certain there were several Black narrators available.
