Publisher's summary

Between ruling the night shift in the ER at the Rivers and raising her teenage daughter, Blaise Richelieu has all the drama she needs in her life. When a dashing young attending appears on the scene and relentlessly pursues her, Blaise has plenty of reasons to say no - or at least she tells herself she does, despite Grady’s nearly irresistible charm. Even if Blaise had the slightest desire to play Grady’s game, the past she’s kept hidden from everyone is a secret she intends to keep buried. What Blaise doesn’t know is the barriers she constructs make Grady even more determined to find a way through them.

Always great to go back

It is the 8th book? Well I was happy when I saw it in my Audio and I enjoyed it just as well as the whole series. Is there another one coming to the Rivers collection?

Fated Live

Blaise Richelieu is raising a teenage daughter and running the night shift at The Rivers. When a new attending starts at the hospital Blaise is not ready to fall under her spell. A past they aren’t fully aware of is waiting and love may not be enough. Great addition to the series.

Love Radclyffe...Love The Rivers

Radcliffe's P Town Series was the first Lesbian books I ever read. She can do no wrong.
The narrator was good. She tried hard with the different voices and I give her an 8. I liked past characters were brought into the story. There seem to be a lot of thought processes that went on longer than needed at times. But I will always look forward to more and she will forever be the Ruler Of Lesbian Romance!

Good series

I like the series. Paige McKinney isn’t really my style of narrator, so I personally can’t go 5 stars, but am not sorry I purchased the series!

Secrets can make life lonely but always come out.

This story and series is just delightful. Blaise and Grady have a connection they want to ignore. I love the cast of characters that give depth to this love story. The secrets just hold the romance back. It was a brilliant twist to the book and I love how they come to light. This is a good story full of laughs, love and filled with life .

Not my favorite Radclyffe book

I really like most of her books, but I returned this title. It wasn’t a book I could get interested in.

same old same

Its the same story just different Doctors. Rad has lost her touch, use to be my favorite author. Now she just
repeats herself.

disappointed

I just couldn't connect with this one like I did the first 2. The characters didn't make me feel anything. if that makes sense. I really wanted to like it.
